Un cliente de Importaciones Impacto S.A.C. puede dejar de serlo por determinación de Importaciones Impacto S.A.C. y sin requerir una expresión de causa. Los distribuidores o clientes de Importaciones Impacto S.A.C. aceptan la presente política comercial y de distribución con el sólo hecho de comprar y/o recibir una factura o boleta de Importaciones Impacto S.A.C.

Productos y Precios

Los precios y productos ofrecidos en www.impacto.com.pe no son necesariamente las mismas que ofrezcan otros canales de venta, utilizados por Importaciones Impacto S.A.C., tales como tiendas físicas, publicidad televisada (TV), catálogos u otros, a menos que se señale expresamente en este sitio o en la publicidad que realice Importaciones Impacto S.A.C. para cada promoción, hasta el momento de recibir una solicitud de compra, la cual sólo obligará a Importaciones Impacto S.A.C. a partir del momento en el que habiéndose verificado el cumplimiento de las condiciones de validación, es decir haya formado el consentimiento entre las partes de una determinada transacción (conformidad de pago).

IGV) y no incluyen gastos de transporte, manejo, envío, accesorios que no se describan expresamente ni ningún otro ítem adicional.

Es posible que cierto número de productos ofrecidos en nuestra página web o a través de nuestras redes sociales puedan tener un precio incorrecto, el monto correcto a pagar se verá reflejado en su carrito de compras antes de proceder a efectuar el pago (checkout débito o crédito deposito o trasferencia ). En caso un producto se exceda de la cantidad permitida, el pedido será detenido por un lapso de tiempo que la empresa crea conveniente con el fin de coordinar con el cliente y/o comprador, el tiempo de reposición del stock para completar su pedido. Si éste fuera cancelar el pedido, el cual ya fue pagado con tarjeta de crédito y/o débito, se efectuará el extorno dentro del plazo que estime la entidad bancaria correspondiente.

Los productos, colores, marcas y modelos están sujetos a disponibilidad de stock en la tienda online, no habrá lugar a reclamos por una elección errónea del color de un producto.
